How can I access TNAS shared folders with FTP?

The steps below explain how to access TNAS shared folders with FTP, taking a Windows computer for example.

1. Enable the FTP server: Log in to TOS as an administrator, select “Control Panel” > “Network Services” > “FTP Service”, check “Enable FTP File Service”, and then click “Apply”.

2: Double-click “My Computer” and enter the IP address in the form of ftp://TNAS (e.g. ftp://192.168.1.100) in the address bar.

3: Enter the username and password in the next menu to access TNAS shared folders.
