Can other versions of Linux or other open source NAS systems be installed on my TNAS device?

TNAS runs with the TOS developed by TerraMaster and is not compatible with other systems. Furthermore, the installation of other operating systems is not recommended because you will not be able to get technical support. Also, your warranty will be invalidated.
